Partners
Coordinated by HEC Paris, UNDERPIN is carried out by a multidisciplinary consortium of 9 European partners, bringing together expertise in climate science and policy, indicator frameworks, data including Earth observation, AI and machine learning, quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and visualisation of results, adaptive monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MEL), citizen science, communications, and work with EU regions. The consortium includes research institutions, civil society organisations, and city or regional networks in partnership with local authorities.
